Chad lied directly to my wife about the cost of an auto insurance policy. When con fronted with his lie, he said it was a mistake made on his part. When asked to fix his mistake he made all kinds of excuses why he did not have to. To many other agents representing state farm to deal with this jenky one. Time for all of us to hold these guys accountable for their mistakes, paying for mistakes is the field they chose to work in. BAD CHAD NO DONUT, DISHONEST AGENT WHO DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ACTIONS........ Wish i could have left a negative star rating.
