THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!! Just because you see this firm on TV (all the time) and on nearly every billboard in town – does NOT mean they are the best. We hired this firm because we had seen them on TV and our experience was horrible. We were in a serious truck wreck on the interstate (which in retrospect was a case beyond this firm’s ability to properly handle) but we had seen them on TV (all the time), and so we hired them. We could not have made a worse mistake for our case. This firm was terrified to push our case, or to even file it in Court (if necessary) - and the insurance companies knew this. Once the insurance companies ended-up with their “final”, low-ball offer, this firm called us nearly every day trying to get us to take the insurance company’s “final” offer. We felt pressured and completely under-represented, and so finally we summoned up the courage to fire them. We asked a judge (who is friend of a friend of a friend), about who we should hire for our serious case – and we went to them. In less than one year – our new and real trial lawyers not only had our case on file, and were properly prosecuting/pushing it – but the insurance company knew it, and asked us to mediate our case to see if they could get it settled. With our real trial lawyers, our case did settle for fair value – that was more than TWICE what we had been offered while we were at the Sachs Firm – literally, more than TWICE. Our experience illustrates the difference your decision can make as to who you are going to hire to handle your case. We are convinced that the insurance companies knew the Sacchs firm would not go to Court and fight for us, and so they undervalued our (otherwise absolutely meritorious) claim – and it was a direct result of who we hired (initially). If you have been involved in a serious wreck and have serious injuries – you need to think TWICE about hiring the Sachs firm. It was the worst decision we made for our case. Find out from people in your community who the real trial lawyers are. Do not hire someone just because they are on TV or on every billboard in town – your future depends on it!
