On March 27, 2015, I had the unfortunate occasion, to be involved in a T-bone motorcycle accident. The driver of the car, who was unlicensed, pulled in front of me from and intersecting road, controlled by a stop sign. I collided with the left front of said vehicle, and was propelled over it, landing on the roadway. Several fractures, road rash, and lots of swelling later, I noticed the Law Tigers advertisement on the side of a bus, and gave them a call. A representative responded to my residence, explained what the law Tigers had to offer, and got my case under way. Ashley Bell was the Paralegal assigned my case. Although we have never met in person, our correspondence by phone and email, have been thorough and consistent. i feel like I have known her for years, and consider her a friend. When I explained to Ashley my discomfort with handling the property damage portion of my accident myself, she took that on too. She was able to obtain a fair market value settlement for my motorcycle, and an additional $1100 for destruction of after market accessories, and destroyed gear. Miss Bell has been up front with me all legal issues discussed, and I totally trust her guidance. She recently notified me the at fault driver’s insurance company was offering a settlement at policy limits, which I agreed to accept. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the representation provided by Ashley Bell and the Law Tigers, and their personal dedication to my case. I know, acting alone, I would not have reached as positive a settlement in my case.

I was hit on my bike by someone making a right turn from the left lane. After being taken to the hospital and checked out, I decided to call Law Tigers. My first contact was with Micah. Micah was attentive and asked the questions that mattered and said that they would take my case. He stayed in touch regularly during the beginning, until it was turned over to Nicole to gather all teh information and make sure that I was checked out by a physician and physical therapy was began. They spoke to each and everyone one involved in my rehab and made the whole thing as smooth as butter. Kristen Morino was teh Paralegal that took over when it was time to negotiate all the billing. I would email her weekly to get updates and she never failed to email me back, usually that same day, with courtesy and personal attention. Levenbaum and Cohen handeled everything with precision and never once failed to ask how I was recovering. Special thanks to Kristen. You really made recovery easier, by not making me worry about the legal issues and biling.

Ashley Bell was my "Tiger " of Law Tigers. She answered every question I had honestly and if she did not have an answer right away, she looked into it and responded back to me in a timely manner. She understood my situation financially, medically and emotionally, She always made me feel like I was a human and not a dollar sign. My phone calls were always returned. In my opinion, Ashley Bell went above and beyond to assist me. She is very educated with AHCCS and all the red tape that goes with AHCCS. The motorcycle accident and the fact that I lost my leg was and has been a journey for me. Knowing that Ashley was fighting for me and was assisting on my case, made this journey a little more easier and less stressful for me.I really would like to thank the Law Tigers for getting me into a great Physical Therapy Rehab Facility after I was released from the hospital. It is difficult these days to find a good Samaritan, but for me, the Law Tigers came to my rescue in my time of need. A representative of the firm personally came to see me in my home.How unusual and totally unexpected, and to the credit of this law firm! My case was assigned to the Phoenix office and overseen by a paralegal, Amber Alvarado. Anytime I had questions, Amber was available to take my calls and provide the information I needed. I was in my first motorcycle accident when I called the Law Tigers. In the accident I received a concussion and snapped my clavical so bad it needed a metal plate and screws. The attorney showed up at my doorstep within 2 hours of me calling them. They were extremely professional and very personable. They literally took care of EVERYTHING, even a year after I received my settlement they responded to my questions regarding the settlement and filing my taxes. And by the way, I received a very nice settlement. My case almost went into litigation, in the end I decided not to pursue this but I really appreciated the guidance from the attorney and paralegal. I was in a motorcycle on 24Sept12. The medical side of my accident was fighting me so I went to the Law Tigers and they were able to take over and get everything straight. It has made things a lot easier to deal with. The claim is finishing up now. That is pretty quick considering the situation. I was not at fault in the accident and the Law Tigers got what I deserved from the other persons insurance. Since the other person was under-insured, I had to use my insurance to help with the bills. When I was ran over in phoenix on my motorcycle,I was severely injured,within an hour of being coherent enough to call a lawyer i called law tigers and filed a claim.I was assigned a paralegal to work my case.Ashley Bell was my paralegal. She put so much time and effort into doing everything for me that she could.Countless hours,days,weeks and months were poured into my case by her. 100% positive from the first meeting, came to my home, made sure I understood what would normally happen in my type of case. Diann Chavira was the paralegal assigned to my case. She kept me in the loop every step of the way.All I really did was let her know when I received a bill or correspondance regarding my medical issues just to make sure she saw everything that I did. This was the only injury accident I had ever been in and I did not really want to deal with any of it ( I would not have the patience) and The Law Tigers made sure that I did not have to. UK based, had accident on holiday, not my fault on day 4 of 7 planned. Limped back to UK with a broken ankle to find my insurance only covered medical and not anything else, which was still a blessing (good old National Health Service its free!). Eagle Rider had already mentioned LT. Got in contact, they have been great. For various reasons it took a bit of time. I think they did a great job in getting me a fair settlement.
