I came home to no water. I had to wait almost 2 hours for the after hours City guy to come tell me that there is a lock on the line. I am on auto pay and my account was debited on July 10th in the amount of $51.37... Your own billing section says that the payment is not due until the 20th... and it also shows where you have already collected for it and is current with zero balance... now I am sitting here without water and I get up at 4:10 a.m... The driver says that they can no longer unlock a lock that was put on and that I will have to wait until after 8am to call billing. This is asinine- you need to empower your drivers to be able to handle these things after hours...

These people suck - claimed that their computer had targeted my house to have the water service turned off. A small amount of money involved - I suspect that they do this to collect the reconnection fee. THis is just an annoyance to me but I am most disgusted with how this must affect low income people.
