After losing a small battle with a deer vs my car, my car was towed and I got a ride home. The next morning I called MetzWood and spoke with Amy Clifford. She has always been very pleasant to me over the years. She was sympathetic and understanding. She immediately set up a conference call with an agent at NYCM and followed through with me at all steps. She set up a car rental for me on that very day as well. She answered simply any questions I had over the next few days. The whole process for my claim from accident to check received to picking up my fixed car was 2 weeks to the day. She explained the paperwork and was always always pleasant to talk to. MetzWood has "had my back" when it comes to finding me the best insurance for my needs and at the best price. They have taken a lot of the "legwork" and worry out of insurance.

A few months ago my brother was in a minor fender bender in a parking lot. Laughably the driver who was at fault intended to file a claim with his insurance agent. We reported the incident to MetzWood and they did a great job in taking care of the situation. The few times we have needed them for a problem they have taken care of it promptly and courteously. They are good people and that is why we have bought insurance through their agency for the past 30-40 years.
