Choosing an insurance carrier is a very personal decision. Choosing the agent to represent you is even more personal, and the agent should feel "like a good friend." Jain Williams is one of the most personable agents I have ever met. Clearly she knows her business inside and out, and she is really looking after your best interests. She really opened my eyes to what I needed to be aware of regarding my financial future, and how my policies work together. Her approach is very educational, rather than hard sell. She will look at the big picture and recommend what is best for you and your family. She is also very encouraging and supportive when it comes to "starting the conversation" about your family finances. It can be an uncomfortable and scary topic, but Jain made it so much easier for me to approach the subject with my husband. I am so glad she did. Jain William and her staff are angels sent from heaven!!! Last weekend I was on a road trip driving thinking that my cars Insurance bill is not due for renewal till next October!!! So I’m fine!!! Well guess what? They cancelled it!!! Two weeks ago without telling me!!! The Monday after my trip, they sent me an email informing me that it is cancelled they gave me no reason until I called them!!! They said it was cancelled because my daughter is an UBER and LIFT driver!!!! I called Jain Williams’ State Farm Insurance, in less than an hour; her staff provided me with car insurance for both my cars, and an endorsement policy to allow my daughter to be insured as an UBER and LIFT Driver for less than what my Ex-Insurance provider was charging me!!!
