A member of my family happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was cited with a violation which required a magistrate hearing. We hired Frank Walker for legal advice and representation and he recommended that we be proactive with education and community service. He was also very helpful in explaining the legal process and how the case would be handled. Thanks to his counsel, we were totally prepared for the magistrate hearing. Unfortunately, local politics came into play and our case was not dismissed. Frank immediately filed an appeal which required another court appearance. During the appeal, Frank won our case and had all charges dropped. We definitely made the right choice in hiring Frank Walker. He did an excellent job defending our case.
