I attained this guy to represent me, and the whole time they were handling my case (I thought), this guy never met with me once. Then my insurance company sent a check with my name and his, and he forged my name and kept my money, then drops my case. I had to go pay another lawyer, to help my case, and was told about this check being sent to me. I had to confront his staff, and I received my check the next day, which came from his personal account, not his business account (strange). Please do not use this guy, because he is dishonest. He is not what his commercial say he does. Beware.

I would never use this service not only because of the terrible reviews, but just based on the commercials alone. As someone with experience in advertising, blasting your ads every two commercials does more harm than good. They are way more of an annoyance than a promotion of the business. Every time my family and I see one, we cringe. Stop the frequency of the commercials - they are eye-gougingly bad, ridiculously annoying, and only make folks dislike you that much more.

Started out good then the no return phone calls. Had to become forceful and called the local bar association. Again no follow-ups. This time I was going to call the state attorney Generals office and the federal trade commission.

Worst experience of my life!! No one ever returns phone calls and they are always passing the buck just so no one has to give you a direct answer. 15 months and counting for what was supposed to be a simple open shut case.
