The entire team at Winocour law is amazing!!! Despite my many traffic "issues", the team at Winocour law has always been extremely helpful at making sure I never have to go to a court setting, and I am able to continue with my life, and my perfect driving record, which in my line of work is and absolute must!!! I truly appreciate them for being a lifesaver as far saving my time in an ever more fast paced world, and for doing so with professionalism and grace! The entire team at Winocour is extremely helpful, but especially Rebecca Rivera, she is a freaking super star!!! I wrote my original review based on the unpleasant experience I had after a series of miscommunications and negative interactions with a former employee, thinking my case was done and I was just stuck. Even though they could have just left it alone, Jonathan and staff reached out to me and put in the time and effort to help bring a better resolution to my case. I appreciated the professional attitude and straightforward communication I received from Jonathan. I did not have a complicated case (nor did I pay a large fee to Winocour Law) but I was still treated with respect and made to feel my situation was an important priority.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone that is looking for a law firm that is very reasonable, fair through and follows through and handles it"s business. I had a total of 15 tickets that this law firm got 13 of those tickets DISMISSED. I received a traffic ticket for no seatbelt in Dallas because I wanted to obtain a deferred disposition ruling and did not have the time to show up in court myself. From the start I was kept up to date on the proceedings and advised what to expect and what was expected of me via e-mail. Winocour Law made the entire process not only hassle-free but easy to understand as well and ultimately, my fine was heavily reduced and received a deferred disposition w/o having to do a defensive driving course. I would, without hesitation, recommend Winocour Law.

I had 3 tickets that went into warrant status out of Hickory Creek. They were able to get 1 of the 3 dismissed, and still were able to get the original fine amounts reduced. I came out of less money out of pocket than expected. The firm was honest, and let me know what to expect, and how the process would go. They even told me about how these tickets had omni fee holds on my license which I had not be aware of. I will definitely use them in the future !!!!!

When you got a speeding ticket, the whole purpose to find an attoney is to dismiss it. However, I end up with paying about $180 with deferred dosposition. That is not definitely what I wanted.
