This is our second time dealing with Alex. We already had used his services to walk us through and obtain a Permanent Resident Card. We returned for his help in removing the 2 year condition that is attached initially with the card, and once again, Alex over delivered during the entire process. The process was smooth as before and worked according to what worked best for us as well. Any questions, concerns, or anything that happens to come up in the process, were answered promptly(Even while he was skiing on the slopes!!!), which eased a lot of the tensions going through immigration process a second time. I highly recommend Alex and Charlotte Immigration for any issues related to Immigration!! We moved to Charlotte in Sept 2015 and had our friends recommend an attorney. He pretty much said he cannot help us until we have at least 3 months residency in NC. I searched based on reviews and found Charlotte Immigration Law firm. I needed to file I -130 for my husband and had all paperwork filled out and ready to go and was considering applying without an attorney.However I wanted to get legal advise on some of the questions on the forms. I initially met for a free consultation with Alex and he was extremely professional and helpful.He took the time to explain me what the consequences of applying without attorney and with are and how they can help us, he even explained the residency requirement the prior attorney had told us which was not applicable at all. We applied in Oct 2015 and passed our interview end of January 2016, not even 10 days later my husband got his green card. Erica was so helpful and answered my emails probably within minutes and I did sent her a lot of questions. I am more than happy we chose Charlotte Immigration Law. Me and My wife felt like we were at home, not in an office, all staffs were friendly here. Alex and Ben explained us in detail about how to start, what to expect and everything and they took every detail into account even the minor ones. They were professional and very serious about getting our case done. We were able to contact them after their closing hours and on Saturdays, which made us feel good about how much they care about us. They sent us emails of some phone conversations to ensure that we got all the information correct. That was really nice. They were very thorough in doing our work. I also loved their document verification system, where they do that final verification of all the documents, papers. My wife tells me that I write the letter G and she reads it as H - sorry my English is second language. a very professional level of works here, I am glad I was with them.

My husband (Abraham) and I were exceptionally pleased with the level of care and concern shown by Ben, Maggie and other staff. We visited several law firms in the Charlotte area and after careful consideration decided to retain this law firm. After leaving each firm we researched the lawyers to see how their firm benefited their communities. We would see reoccurring stories of Ben and his humanitarian efforts in striving to serve and equalize the state of NC where Lations are concerned. I also saw that he worked with the ACLU. In particular we were touched by his efforts to help the children that were apprehended at a school bus stop in Charlotte. Regardless of legal status; schools should be safe zones for every child in every community- everyday. This firm should be applauded for its efforts and we will continue to use them for our immigration needs.

He interviewed us and requested all the relevant evidence, before accepting our case. Which I respected. Alex helped to get my former fiancee (now my wife) a K1 Visa in a very difficult process since my wife has lived in another country, other than her native Asian homeland for six years at several addresses.
