Earlier last year, I was involved in an accident with my daughter. The other driver was at fault and my new car was totaled. I contacted Ponce Law as I was extremely stressed and did not know what to do. I could not have made a better decision! I had my accident in March of 2015 and was able to finalize before the end of the year. I am very pleased with my settlement and how this law firm handled my case. The case coordinator, Zulett, was extremely professional, kept me up to date throughout my case and fought for me the best way possible in all aspects whether it was with my car insurance company, my medical bills, etc. They showed care in my case, myself and my daughter. I have never used a law firm before and do not regret making the decision to choose Ponce Law. I highly recommend this firm and could not be more pleased with how things were handled and how comfortable they made me feel. They exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience with Ponce Law during a really bad experience in mine and my daughters life. My daughter was attacked by a pit bull and Mr. Ponce and his staff gave us great treatment and direction on what to do in that situation. That experience was 8 years ago my daughter turned 18 last year and she got her first trust check which she used towards her college tuition at UT of Knoxville fulfilling her dream of being a large animal vet stemming from that dog attack. Breaking her settlement up in 3 disbursements over her college years will be able to help with her dream. Which was another way Mr. Ponce advised for her future. She never wanted to have plastic surgery she said her scar makes her who she is. I recommend Ponce Law to anyone that truly wants to be taking care of as a person and not a dollar sign. After two surgical procedures within three months, needing the assistance of a walker to ambulate for two years, and asking my brother for the financial support needed to keep our home from going into foreclosure. The only thing that was consistent during this time in our lives was the constant flowing of medical bills and expenses and the continued denials from the Social Security Administration for disability benefits. I heard the commercial and the words "Justice for All," and determined from that day that justice was what I needed. I spent most of my time talking with Ms. Kitty (who has the persona of an angel) and attorney Jeff. Although I never met Attorney Ponce,his team was a good representation.

I called several firms and picked this one because the receptionist was really nice. She put me thru to Nancy and I met with her and Allen right away. Nancy is awesome, I called her a lot and she always returned my calls right away. I got a wonderfuill settlement that was more than I expected. If I could give -5 stars I would. I was in a wreck and a lawyer came to see me. He told me I had a good case and would even get at least $25,000 for pain and suffering. Few days later they called me said guy had no ins and they could no longer help me. What a lie when on tv they say justice for all. They even were very rude after that call.
