Very disappointed! The customer service at Parker Insurance is horrible. At first they were very helpful, but as the process continued I had to make a phone call to them every week to get updates on the status of getting health insurance. I would leave a message with the receptionist and would never get a return call. I FINALLY found out from the State that my paperwork was accepted. Then when I called to see when we would have our first month of insurance Parker Insurance told me it was going to have to wait another month because our paperwork was not in by the 15th. I made sure the paperwork was in by the 15th, so when I asked if Parker Insurance could call and see if they could work things out they said they would look into. Needless to say they have never returned my phone call 2 weeks later. Horrible customer service!!
