I had first posted a good review... Now i see why everyone has such difficulty with them. I am on a prescription that requires a PA as of August first my CCO had changed from intercom to trillum. Mind you I delt with insurance billing for years in my previous job. The employees have made every possible excuse to advoid taking responsibility for the mistakes they made during the process of getting my prescription approved. This is day 27 and they told me it will be another 2 weeks. It should have only taken 24 hours had they have done there job currently.
