I have had AAA roadside assistance for years. They have always been useful whenever I needed a tow or tire service, when I visited their office I realized they have auto and home insurance also, so I got a quote. They were able to save me $300 a year on my insurance and also gave me better coverage!They also offered me a GPS device for my car for FREE when I got insurance with them that can also do diagnostics on my car! My check engine light came on and I called them to see what was wrong and they told me exactly what I needed to do. Saved me $50 bucks from going to a repair shop...i was so surprised at all of the benefits they have to offer for FREE to their members. I highly recommend talking to an agent there, they offer so many benefits with their insurance that other companies cannot compare to.

I am completely disgusted with the service I have received from LYDIA MORENA. if you call looking for an insurance agent and she picks up the phone, HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN! she acts like the most responsive person..until you sign the contract. after that you have to literally harass her to get a response. i tried cancelling for FOUR months and finally had to talk to a random person in their office to get my contract taken care of. and since then it was been nothing but trouble. even though i submitted all the paperwork for cancellation they are still billing me four months later!!!! am at a loss of what to do at this point.

Best money I have ever spent to belong to AAA. I have been a member for years I have had to unfortunately call because of car situations, like flat tire, dead battery, locked keys in car. Honestly, I have been very impressed with the politeness of the towing company (Premier Towing) they use in Dallas, Texas and of AAA when calling for help. Premier Towing has been most polite, and have never addressed me with anything but yes sir, no sir, and are very fast when they arrive. My thanks to AAA and their partner Premier Towing in Dallas, Texas. Very grateful.

This review is for AAA and not necessarily this location. Had a blowout on tollway last night, managed to get my car to a parking lot in front of a business. Called Roadside Assistance and got a message saying I was out of calling range. How can I be out of range in the middle of Dallas?? Tried calling in the morning. The supposedly 24 hour Roadside Assistance message tells me to call back during business hours and hangs up on me. Had to go online and put in a request. Unreal. I can get service via online request but not when I call.

Had multiple problems with overcharging my account, went a few times,never really did anything for me.after I was there a third time I requested to talk to a manager and they had me wait to talk with the manager and after 30 minutes waiting they told me the manager is not even there. They apologized and took my number to set up a meeting with the manager for the day after and I never heard from them again.

What a wonderful place, every agent in this office does more than they can or should say more than they should. They treat you like family and always tried to do what they can for you very very respectable and makes you feel like you are in the south. Not cheapest but the the best coverage though !!!!!! especially Lydia knows exactly what to do!

AAA member for over 20 years. Tried calling this office on multiple occasions to confirm if they had a notary in office today. No answer and every voicemail was full- made me remember why I always have to go into the office to get something done.
