Appalling customer service after seeing derecognized my insurance charging me segian charging my bank card all old there are loose I stole 145 dollars and no refund old pinches marranas askerosas only gulping they spend dismal place

We used to like this company and even recommend them to many family and friends but now they have tripled their rates ripping poor Latinos off and blaming the other insurance companies for it. Over the past 3 months they have make multiple mistakes with our account making us pay over $1000 extra in just 3 months! & just said sorry about it and not willing to pay back. I always have to wait over 30 mins to talk to someone and they never answer a question properly leaving me even ore confused.

Customer service is non existent. I needed the representative to send the lien holder on my vehicle the information that was needed. She told me she did but never actually did anything. Also went I went in she was on her cell phone the entire time. Low prices yet horrible customer service.
