Jaren and hos Low VARates team did and EXCELLENT JOB process my application and working with us through the process. I contact Low VA Rates for a second opinion/option when I was working with another company that left me hanging in the wind for two-weeks with no communication at all. That was not service. I contacted the first company about doing a VA IRRRL. The company rep was fine with that. He did mention about doing a full refi and combining some debt into the loan due to the amount of equity I have in my home. I really wasn’t interested at first but I decided to do it. That’s is where tings went bad with that company. Jaren contacted me via phone and email, email being my preference. We talked via email on a few occasions. Jaren never requested to speak to me until I felt ready. I liked that. I explained what I was going through with the other company. Jaren assured me that that would not happen with LowVARates. I called Jaren and he was genuine in his desire to assist me with my plan. I was impressed that he has processed so many mortgages. He is ranked in the top 10 processors in the country. Jaren continued to answer my questions as the first company tried to retain my business with them. I had him review quotes from them. I gave my honest answers and reason to stay with him. The main key point for me was that HE GAVE ME HIS BEST RATE UP FRONT FROM THE START. The other company was now willing to lower my rates and reduce fees to keep the business. To me this was an integrity issue. Jaren never talked bad about the other company, he just gave me the facts on his and some things to consider. In the end I decided Low VARates was the better company. When documents or signatures were needed the requested was processed quickly. After submitting the initial documents, I only really needed to electronically sign, a few hard signatures were needed, a several documents. Everything was handled online with CONSTANT communication starting with Jaren. If I had any question he quickly replied. The support staff was just a great as he was. Work with Jaren if: 1. You want to work with a person/company who has the integrity and professionalism to do what is best for you and not what is best for him/them. 2. You want a person who will communicate with you in a timely manner. 3. You want the best rate you can get. 4. You want to close your loan in a timely manner. I WOULD WORK WITH JAREN AGAIN SHOULD I NEED TO REFI MY 2.75% 15 year mortgage. I recommend that you work with him and Low VARates when you are ready. A very happy customer. Robert M. VA Low Rates did an awesome job with my VA loan. They got me qualified when no one else seemed able to do so. Closed a week ago and all went through without a hitch. They are certainly experts in VA loans and great on follow-up. My loan officer, Brandon Stoddard, was fantastic as was his team (Candice). Very impressed that Brandon talked to me throughout the process about optimizing on my loan and planning refinance options down the road to include how to prepare to do so. This company CONSTANTLY harasses me. I get snail mail from them on a weekly basis that they disguise as official mail (perforated folding sides like a check or tax document), they call me constantly no matter how many times I tell them I am not interested, and NOW they are sending me text messages. I have blocked so many numbers from these scum bags, told them I am not interested, and tear up every piece of mail they send me, but it is NON-STOP... LEAVE ME ALONE....
