I recently closed a Mortgage refinance loan with Academy Mortgage. I had a wonderful experience with this company as a whole and specifically I used Austin Ingersoll. I am self-employed so the paperwork can be more complicated. Austin and Academy mortgage were very helpful in communicating what was needed and quickly modified any needs as the underwriter asked for additional information. I would recommend anyone use Austin and Academy Mortgage for any Mortgage financing needs.

All in all it was a great experience, Mindy was always ready to answer questions that i had no matter how dah they may of sound. I did wish there was better communication with the third parties she brought in, just so i know that Mindy approved of what they were requesting of me, sometimes just having Mindy tagged in the email is not enough.
