So I got rear-ended by someone who is insured with State Farm. I called this office to find out what I do to go about filing a claim with State Farm. The receptionist asked me the insureds name, and quickly came back and told me that he was not insured with their office.explain to her I never been in an accident and was unsure of the process and I was also unsure of how to find the specific office with which the person that hit he was insured with. The receptionist did not have a clue and when she went to transfer me to somebody who could give me a reasonable answer she disconnected me. I am mediately called back thinking it may have been an accident disconnecting me and when I called back I went immediately into voicemail. I quickly dial another State Farm office who within 20 seconds gave me the toll-free claim number for State Farm. I mean really – how hard is that?

Everyone in the office is very friendly, the place has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team members are all very informative, while also not making you feel as though they are pushing their services on you. Chris talked with my boyfriend and I about home loan options, and the experience was very educational. Josh gave us both quotes for auto insurance and also helped me refinance my car. Very glad we found this branch.
