Lisa Rodriguez provided me great service and saved me some money on my insurance. Due to her superior service I am switching all of my policies to her. Currently she has a couple commercial polices and a hand full of residential policies. All of my previous experiences with insurance agents has not been great or memorable, a means to an end, but Lisa takes the time to explain the coverage and ensures I have the proper coverage even if it may cost her the business. She prefers that I am insured with he proper coverage than about getting the business. My favorite customer service aspect is that she keeps me organized. She set up an online organizer to keep all my information in one place that I can access at any time.
