Eric and his team have represented me for over 13 years. Without their help I truly do not believe I would have been able to regain my mobility or quality of life. When I first met Eric, I had fallen at work and fractured my femur. It was a very bad break, and I was forced to go to a Rehabilitation Center for almost a month. Little did I realize at the time, this was just the beginning of a very long journey. Unfortunately my leg was not set correctly, and this lead to the need for many more surgeries. Without Eric advocating for me, I would never have received the treatment I needed and deserved. Eric and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that I received physical therapy, and the equipment to help in the healing process. Once my recovery was as complete, as it would be, Eric ensured a fair and just settlement. For this, and for all the assistance his team gave me during this very difficult period in my life, I will be forever grateful. If you are in need for an extremely bright, professional, compassionate and tenacious attorney, Eric Polansky, in my opinion is the attorney for you! I give him five stars, but he really deserves much more than that!!
