YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN ANYTHING BAD ABOUT ANYONE ,BUT I MUST AWARE OTHER PEOPLE OF YOUR SERVICES. IVE HAD MY INSURANCE FOR 5 YEARS IVE ALWAYS PAYED MY BILL ON TIME. OH AND YOU ARE EXCELLENT AT CHARGING PEOPLE ON TIME. EVERYONE MY CLAIM ADJUSTER SEAN PADDOCK DIDNT CONTACT ME FOR 2 WEEKS. I CALLED HIM EVERYDAY AND LEFT HIM MESSEGE AFTER MESSEGE TILL I DECIDED TO CONTACT HIS MANAGER AND TOLD HIM THAT EITHER GREG WAS A BUSY MAN OR A LAZY ONE FOR THAT MATTER. OFCOURSE THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SEAN NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR NOT HANDLING MY CASE LIKE HE SHOULD, BUT RATHER WITH A CONDESCENDING ATTITUTE TOWARDS ME. HE ALSO SAID THAT MY CAR WAS REPAIRABLE AND WOULD SOON CONTACT ME . TWO DAYS WENT BY AND I DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL FROM HIM. SO I DECIDED TO CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT GREG WAS NO LONGER MY ADJUSTER. THEY FAIL TO INFORM ME THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS HANDLING MY CASE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MY NEW ADJUSTER WAS GREGG HE WAS VERY NICE HE INFORMED ME THAT INFACT MY CAR WAS NOT REPAIRABLE., AND I WOULD BE ASSIGNED TO A TOTAL LOST ADJUSTER JENNIFER EXT 3729. AGAIN ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY TILL SHE EVEN CONTACT ME AND OFCOURSE I LEFT HER MESSEGES . FINALLY 1 WEEK WENT BY AND SHE CALLS , GAVE ME SOME INFORMATION AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN TWO DAYS. I WAITED AND WAITED I CALLED HER AGAIINNNN! AND SHE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK AT THIS POINT . THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. WE PAY FOR THIS INSURANCE AND HOPE TO GET WHAT WE PAY FOR IN RETURN. WITH ALL THIS I HAVE CANCELLED MY SERVICES AND WILL NEVER HAVE ALLIANCE INSURANCE AS A PROVIDER . YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR
DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. They do not meet their financial obligations when you are in an accident, which can result with you being sued by the other party. They are a terrible company. I was hit by one of their insured drivers and Alliance refuses to meet their financial obligations. Update: Alliance is still giving me the run around and I have filed a complaint with both the California Department of Insurance and BBB. Next step is to actually take their insured driver to court. If you are considering getting this insurance I recommend NOT TO USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. If you do use Alliance do not be surprised if you are taken to court and forced to pay because Alliance will not meet their obligations. Update: having to move my matter to court. Do NOT use this insurance. Seems like Alliance would rather have their customers sued then meet their obligations. I now have to sue the poor guy that choose them as an insurance company. If i can could give this insurance company a negative star, I would give them two negatives. I always look at reviews before i purchase anything, but decided to leave the search up to a broker and UNFORTUNATELY they found alliance united. This is truly the worst trained customer service phone representatives i have ever dealt with in my life. It is really sad once they have your business the hidden fees are automatically added onto your bill and you receive different explanations every time you call the company. I even had the broker call this company and they received the same cold shoulder, terrible business practice. Even the broker apologized for having me deal with them!!! Definitely buyer beware, ask questions of all fees up front so it will be recorded, get the person(s) name you speak with and do your research because you definitely get what you pay for and this company would never be my first choice to tell someone to join.
only reason they are getting a star is because I have to give them one...My second time dealing with them this month first was with an accident my mother was in and now with an accident i was involved in one of their insured hit me on my motorcycle over six months ago I never heard a thing from anyone except when i filed the claim, no one ever contacted me or went to the tow yard to review the damages on my bike then a couple weeks ago as soon as i was getting ready to send as demand letter and take the insured to court SIX MONTHS LATER i get a letter in the mail stating they need more time?! more time for what?! now I have sent 2 emails and have been calling and leaving voicemails every day multiple times a day for over a week and not one word,.... its amazing how these people are still in business HORRIBLE!!!!! Zero communication from these people, this company is a joke!
THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY SUCKS.I HAD A HIT AND RUN,MY CAR WAS PARKED AND WRECKED BY THE HITTER,WE GOT HER LICENSE PLATE AND I DID ALL REPORTING STUFF TO GET HER.OVER 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND NO BODY RETURNED MY CALL NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I LEFT THEM A MESSAGE.MY ADJUSTER,HE NEVER PICKS UP OR CALLS YOU AS HE PROMISES.I CALLED EVERYDAY AND LEFT MESSAGES STILL NO ANSWER,TRIED TO GET HOLD OF HIS SUPERVISOR,SHE WASNT THERE EITHER,ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR HER AND NO ANSWER.FINALLY TRIED TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER AND GUESS WHAT?!?!HE WAS NOT THERE EITHER AND NOT A SINGLE CALL OF APOLOGY WAS RETURNED BY THEM,JUST A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR WAS TOTALED AND SENT TO BE HANDLED BY ANOTHER DEPARTMENT!!!!!!THEY JUST TELL YOU IN 2,3 DAYS SOMEONE CALLS YOU AND IT DOESNT HAPPEN UNLESS YOU TRY TO FOLLOW UP YOURSELF!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
Crappy insurance does not recommend are about pickpockets up the rate and dijieron they sw reserved the right to suvirla whenever they wanted and if not guataba I always had other options because they believe insurance freway I make sure my 3 cars in half of what these assholes charged me with full cover and 6 veses of hasistencia on the road and short send them to fuck themselves

my car got rear ended by their insured, I filled the claim same hour. 3 weeks passed by and no one called me. I called them and no answer left voicemail every time i called. The adjuster Camele Richardson will call me back once after calling her 10 times. She would promise me to do something and never hear back from her again. After 3 months of fighting with them, we finally got the car into the shop for an estimate. She told me that she will call me back within 3 days after the inspection. 2 weeks and no call. i called today and this rep. keeps telling me that she needs to transfer me and that there are no supervisor to talk to. the only option is to transfer me and leave a voicemail. I am so fed up with this bull s h i t. I am taking this to the court.
I this company has the worst customer service. they act like they are doing you a favor just to answer a few questions about a claim. I was on hold for 45 minutes then when he finally answered he got my claim number put me on hold again and never picked the phone back up. I then called back and was transfered to someones voicemail. This company employes the most unprofessional people and need to go back to school and learn customer service as soon as my policy expires I am looking for a better and customer friendly insurance company this people forget the only reason they have jobs is because of people like me who buy their insurance.
I got into an accident on June 2nd with a person who was insured by Alliance United (in which he was at fault) and have not heard from them ever since. I have left my adjuster, which name is Tahnee, 2 voicemails and an e-mail last week and still not heard from him. I reach their customer service and they try to redirect me to that adjuster. I told them to let me talk with their supervisor (Ian Santos I believe his name was) but went straight to voicemail. Reading all these reviews, I realize that that this is going to become a horrible experience since they take a lot of time into responding. My claim # is: D014617CA16
Worst insurance ever. Do not get Aliance United. I was involved in a minor accident. I was not at fault. My representative was Jullie Naristani and she was irresposible to the point where she went on vacations and left my case pending. I gave her sevral phone calls everyday and she never answered my calls until another representative told me she was on vacations. My car had been repaired but I was not able to get it until she sent the supplement check. I waited 1 week for her to come back from her vacations to send that check in and I never got a phone call back or email from her ever. Worst Insurance Ever!!
If I could, I would definitely give them a -5! Do not pay fir cheap insurance! I got in an accident about almost 2 years from now, on August, claim G245151. I was paying fir full coverage, -accident occur, They DID NOT cover anything ! I had to pay for everything out of pocket! The inspector did come out gave me a quote of how much I was suppose to recieve for my damaged Mercedes, but never got the money. Due to not "sending pictures" of my vehicle, although that is the inspectors job, right? I did send pictures of my vehicle but still the lady helping me wanted more. No sense whatsoever! Stay Away!!

I was backed into over a month ago, this insurance company has yet to even look at my damage! When I call about it seems like I am inconveincing them! I get no answer about anything, while im driving a damaged car, this company is everything you dont want from an insurance company, nothing gets done, thank god my car is still drivable. I have called my insurance company and I have an appoinment to get the car looked at, and to get my nice car fixed. Why would they not want to at least look at my damage? This is not the way to run a business, shame on you alliance united!
Today makes ONE MONTH since accident and JUST recieved towing reembursment!!! No communication between ins and collision center collision center calls us and asks us questions because they cant get answers from insurence company!! Always on hold for 30 plus minutes when finally can get ahold of sup he keeps sending my claim to someone else so they can help since last person isnt doing anything always something shady... collisions center told us the car was a total loss before insurence company even said a thing to me!!!... still waiting!!!
If you think the rating is exaggerated I assure you it is not. Literally the worst insurance you can have. Filed a claim over two weeks ago and car is still sitting in my driveway. Asked to speak to a supervisor and receptionist said she cannot contact him because the adjuster has not broken policy because it has not been 30 DAYS SINCE THE CLAIM. They will not let you speak to any supervisor until after 30 days what a joke. I call every single day and get denied service 90% of the time. I beg you please do not contribute to this company.
I hate this insurance!!! For one day that my payment was late do to my bank changing my card because someone tried to use my other card. So it was for fraud. It was not my flair. They charge me a late fee! Okay so I was okay with it not happy but I was going to pay it then the person said they will have to charge another $5 to take the payment over the phone! I think that is ridiculous! I have had other problems with this company! As soon as I can change to another company. I will!
These people are having trouble because they are only speaking to customer service. I spoke with Ashley G. (a team leader-just ask for a supervisor) and was more than satisfied. In one day he helped me accomplish more than my broker did in 5 months. (That being getting two accidents off my record that were not my fault.) He was professional and now my payments are down $100 a month! P.S. DO NOT GO TO PRO ALLIED INSURANCE FOR YOUR BROKER
