Our home central A/C went off line during the early morning hours on Saturday, July 8, 2017. Our in house temperature was over 80 degrees in the morning and rising. We made a phone call to the A/C company that initially installed our central air conditioning unit during our new home construction period, we also had a maintenance service agreement from the same A/C company that offered priority 24/7 emergency house calls for their customers however, the earliest they could come out to the house was on Monday, July 10, 2017. Going without A/C for the weekend was unacceptable for us. While searching the Better Business Bureau Orlando web site for A/C repairs, we noticed that the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning Service had an A+ rating with BBB Orlando, and after reviewing their website and online reviews decided to call them. We called Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning Service Experts on or about 9:56 AM on Saturday July 8, 2017 and spoke to Pat who appeared to share the same sense urgency in getting our A/C back on line as soon as possible, sending a technician out to our house prior to 12 noon today, Saturday July 8, 2017 for repairs and providing the name of the technician (Derick). On or about 10:20 AM we received a phone call from Derick who indicated that he’ll be at our home in approximately 20 minutes and arrived on time as promised. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and commitment to excellence displayed by Derick (Tech# 216) can only be best described as noting less than “OUTSTANDING!” Derick (Tech# 216) is a definite asset to the Service Experts Team and sets the standard for all others to follow and/or achieve. Our A/C is now back on line providing us with a very comfortable weekend, and also purchased a service maintenance agreement with Service Experts Heating and Air. We definitely would recommend Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning Service Experts to family and friends. A Special thanks to Derick (Tech# 216) and the entire Service Experts Team on a JOB WELL DONE!

This company makes up fake reviews (has employees review company, I know because several below are employees that have been to my home to try to rectify my problem), overcharges customers, is dishonest and lies to customers, does not properly obtain all permits and has been fined multiple times for infractions of this. The company also does not want to come back out after repairs are completed incorrectly. The company also overcharges by more than 15% of other companies and they say that all their techs are certified and trained but the one that came to my house last was not and I had to have another company come out after they failed to fix the problem after 5 attempts. I discourage use of this company and have reported them to the BBB as well as the state of Florida Licensing board as the person that are licensed thru is not even an employee there as I have called to request to speak to him and a very rude lady in the office (Latora ?) advised he does not work there he is the license holder only. I was charged over $900 due to the ignorance and lack of training and then had to pay a reputable company to come out and properly repair my system which only cost me $275. Also the office personnel is not trained and very hard to work with, their customer service is lacking since the former General Manager left (his name was Chris), although he was hard to get ahold of I was always able to get answers and assistance now I am kept uninformed and have to call numerous times to get anything done. I will never use this company again and I am working with the BBB to get my money back for services they provided that did not repair the system after 5 attempts. This review is also posted on multiple other sites as I have been dealing with this for MONTHS.

On Saturday, one day prior to leaving the country on vacation, our Lennox system malfunctioned. We called Service Experts who sold us the system and who regularly maintains it. They responded within the hour, The tech "Michael" knew exactly what was wrong just from my description. Unfortunately, the Lennox supply house was closed on a Saturday. Fortunately, the tech was so experienced that he stocked his service truck with several used parts in order to temporarily repair a system until a new part could be obtained. He installed the used part, made arrangements to secure the new part to return Monday where my neighbor would help facilitate the final repair. I asked him why he had these "used parts" on his truck. Obviously he could not carry an entire warehouse of new parts in his truck. So why these? So he would not leave a homeowner stranded at midnight with no ac when the warehouse was obviously closed. This reflects initiative, experience and personal commitment to customer service. While Service Experts is not a bargain basement contractor, it has the added value of responding quickly, with seasoned technicians. The Lennox warranty covered the part and we paid the labor. We are able to resume our plans for our vacation without the stress of this particular worry. Appreciate their efforts!!!

Michael (261-00259)was very friendly and his appearance was very professional (sharp crease in the shirt sleeves, clean shaven, uniform in good repair) He was extremely thorough in his trouble shooting, discovering issues that may not have otherwise been recognized. He identified the area of trouble with just my simple explanation of the symptoms (pump cycling on multiple time in quick succession). He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Went above and beyond in completing the finance request for the new blast and bulbs for the purification system for the unit. He is one of the many Service Expert professionals we have had the pleasure and good fortune to have working to maintain our heating and cooling system

I called these service experts because I was having trouble with my AC. Their service was exceptionally fast and pleasantly friendly. I also asked for an estimate on a new AC so both a technician (Michael) and a building efficiency expert (John) came. Both were very knowledgable and honest which I really appreciated because they made me feel secure in my desicion of having called them. Michael was very fast in both diagnosing and fixing the issue. He replaced the part and got my AC up and running again in no time. John was thorough and gave me all the available options and not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a new system. I would highly recommend using them for any heating and cooling needs.

We bought a home in Palm Bay and have been searching for a quality a/c company for a bit now. The first ones who came out sent a guy in training and it was just awful. After some research online we decided to call Service Experts. We are SO GLAD we did! Rick was our service tech and was not only friendly, but informative as well. He explained everything in simple terms and laid out options for us to choose from. No high pressure sales tactics and, in my opinion, he went well above and beyond the service call. We will be sticking with Service Experts for sure and will also be requesting Rick with each visit. Thank you Rick, and thank you Service Experts!

my technician today was mike dezess. he was on time very knowledgeable with his work interesting to talk to and I was very pleased with my appointment. This is why I am a continued Customer Service Experts. update: A star rating will continue with Service Experts. Tommy checked out my old system & I chose to replace rather than repair. John came out & explained the options, made it very easy & clear. Installers I worked with were James & Lope. i have had multiple ac companys out to my home. Today I had the plesure working with service experts. The tech I had out today was Michael Tech 259. He was able to find the issues my unit was having fairly quickly, and had me cooling. He called before he came and kept me informed of any delays. I should have had service expert come out the first time. I highly recommend Michael, and this company. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. So before you go with the cheapest, remember that. I will be using service experts for all my furture heating and cooling needs.

Josh (Tech #253) came in to repair our AC unit after it had been leaking severely. We have an old system that a few other companies were not willing to properly repair since our system is also placed in the ceiling and not easily attainable. Josh did everything he could to stop the leak, clearly explained to us what the problem was, and gave us recommendations on what to do. The unit is still leaking a bit here and there, but we were told to give it a few days and that the leak would stop then. We are happy to have turned to Service Experts regarding our issue.

Our a/c broke down in the evening and the temp inside was 85 degrees. We are new to the area and I just took chance on Service Experts on the internet. The whole experience was very good, everyone was professional, they were here within 2 hours, Michael was the most competent repairman ever. He replaced the broken part quickly, gave us a lot of good advice on keeping the old unit running, and was intelligent and positive. Our experiences with services have been pretty bad over the years but this was by far one on the best ones.

Once again, Service Experts did a fantastic job on our air-conditioning system! Josh the service technician (253) came out to install a new coil in our air handling system at a very reasonable cost. Josh was very polite, and explained what he would be doing and how to maintain the system moving forward. Great Job! This was the first time we used this company. They were excellent. Mike was our technician and he made sure we understood the issues we had and what was done to fix them. He was very professional and courteous. I know he probably wanted to get to his next call but took the time to chat with us for a bit before heading out. The person that made the initial appointment was very helpful to get me in as quick as possible. Dan Baccari was my service experts that came out for a maintenance plan. He was efficient and answered any questions that I had. I originally had an appointment with Del Air that I waited two weeks to get and the day of my appointment they called me and said they could not honor the two hour window which was originally discussed on the call. So I opted to go with service experts. Thank you.

Ethan came to service my 4 HVACs today. I was very impressed with his thorough service and explanations. He was not pushy to have me buy a bunch of new systems, but told me clearly what to watch out for in the things that may need servicing in the future. When he had a solution that would make my systems run more efficiently and last longer, he clearly explained what was needed. This kind of service is what will cause us to continue to use Service Experts Heating & Air.
