It started out so good. We noticed that there was a leak somewhere in our roof so I gave them a call to have someone come look at it. We were told that there was some hail damage so it would be best to file a claim to see if we could go that route. In the meantime he said he would get a quote together for a full replacement and also a quote to just fix the leak. Called to let them know when the claims adjuster was coming out and we did not hear from them again until our insurance adjuster was there. Our adjuster said the roof was just fine and suggested a few reasons why we may have had that specific leak. I asked the rep from dessert companies if he could still get me a quote for the basics to fix the leak and then also if they did soffit repair. He said he would get me the quote and here I am still waiting 2 weeks later for a simple leak repair quote. Great reviews and maybe great service if you are getting a new roof but anything less and it must not be worth their time.

This company did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. CJ was always in contact with me or my wife to keep us informed of when our roof or gutters would be installed. CJ was very knowledgeable about the products the offered and answered and questions we had. CJ would stop by to talk with me and see how we liked the roof and gutters as well as continue to be understanding with payment options. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Dessert replaced my roof as well as handling other required repairs due to a 2017 Kansas hail storm. Jeremiah and everyone that I dealt with were a joy to work with and kept their commitments including timeframe (even with the huge volume of incidents because of that storm).
