Today I had a water system put in by Florida energy water and Air. I had appointment today between two and three and I got a call from their main office telling me that the technician was running late but he would be here within an hour and he showed up with that time The technician was outstanding and knew his job of putting the system in. He was also very knowledgeable of the system and the operation of it. He was very. clean and organized and took him no time to put the system on line. There were questions I had and he explained everything quite well. If there is ever a time that I need work done on the system I would get this technician back and only him to correct the problem. I highly recommend this company and all the stuff that keeps the Business running very smoothly. I highly recommend doing business with Florida Energy water and air I would like to thank everybody for doing such a great job

Our technician Joshua Baker, has not only addressed our issue, he also provided us a wealth of information to ensure we fully understood our equipment, how it operates, and what to look for in the future. His knowledge of the equipment and love for his job shows in his desire to ensure the issue is addressed to 110% satisfaction. He always goes above and beyond and has made each of his visits a pleasureable one. I feel that I have in him a technician I can trust.

There was a leak coming from my salt tank every time the system would regenerate. Johnny Douglas came out to fix the issue and after troubleshooting several factors, he found that the hose leading from the resin tank to the salt tank had a poor connection and was leaking during the regen cycle. He also helped me with a better solution for the drain line into the ground. Johnny definitely went above and beyond with his fantastic customer service!

Initially the sales representative and installation technician did a great job. But the service repairs have been subpar at best, last year the tech was late and this year he did not show. My impression, if you are going to be late, call. But no call, well that alright, on 08/07/2017 I will call and express my feeling to the company again for the performance of the service technicians.

After getting the system had issues with wifi. Took 5 guys coming and finally getting Josh Baker out here to figure out the issue. He was awesome. Took the time to go through every possible avenue and it now works. Best tech to work on tech issues. Customer service is great and the water is awesome.
