Thieves, crooks, scumbags...what other adjectives can I refer to this low life company! We called them the Monday after Hurricane Matthew as our 2.5 year old Rheem AC stopped working. They came out and told us it was the compressor, checked our serial # and told us they would have to order one. For 3 days they claimed they could not get a part as the Melbourne supplier had no power. I found this extremely weird and idiotic. What ...one AC supplier in the whole state you get your parts from?? Then on Thursday we were all hot and getting very annoyed and called again. They claimed Supplier was now open but did not have a compressor and told us it would be Monday at the earliest they could maybe be a part. I said WHAT???? This is crazy in this day and age. Then they dropped the proverbial ATOMIC BOMB! They NOW tell us, "...oh bye the way you do know that while the compressor is warrantied, the labor is not. It will be $1400 labor to replace the compressor!" I became livid and lit them up on the phone and then hung up on them. We then called Hearth and Home in Melbourne and the repairman came out same day and did confirm it was the compressor and then checked our serial #. YES we had 5 years parts and labor on our Rheem AC unit. Thank god someone is honest out there! They had a compressor the next morning and we had air for the weekend! We also find out that Next Gen is no even authorized Rheem dealer. Wow what a surprise. If you even think of dealing with these dishonest rotten people you need to have your head examined. Bottom of the barrel. You have been warned!

Next Gen Air & Heat They provided a full new air condition unit in my house - installing the outdoor unit, the indoor unit, a filter and copper tubing to/from the indoor/outdoor unit since the pipe was too small for our new unit. They provided a small A/C unit prior to installing the fully new unit, since we had no air conditioning in our house, which helped provide some comfort during the period 2 days until they received the new equipment. The team arrived as scheduled, brought the equipment promised, did an excellent job and provided some instructions on using, programming the new system. All personnel were very professional, helpful, informative and did an excellent job installing, setting it up and cleaning up the site prior to leaving. They provided free visit and checkup at the six month period which was load off, since we did not have to worry about having it checked out. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and personnel for future installations. I am now investigating them to provide future maintenance checkups on an annual basis. Mike

Our unit went out and needed to upgrade since it was a 2004. Called and meet four companies all seemed to know what their pitching but it felt like a sales call. Keith showed up and immediately made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of what unit I wanted and how I wanted it to be relocated and new supply added. He did a thorough walk through and duct inspection and came up with a great plan. Pricing was comparable to other companies but Keith went above and beyond to help me get the unit I wanted within my price range. I am a project manager for a commercial construction company and was very pleased with Keith and his dedication to my wishes and made it happen. No other company offered any assistance and he even brought us a portable unit until our new equipment gets installed this Monday. I highly recommend this contractor and feel lucky to had set up this appointment. Thanks to all at New Generation, keep up the great client based motto!

I am a Real Estate Broker and have managed many properties and dealt with many vendors. I had a very positive experience with Next Generation on a bank owned property that I was selling. There was originally a problem with a bad capacitor that needed to be replaced. They did the repair and all was well. After the recent hurricane, the system was no longer functional. They recommended replacing the system as it was very old and not worth repairing. The seller approved the replacement and Next Generation even gave credit for the prior repair toward the replacement. Honest, professional, and very personable. Colleen was very friendly and even sent a hand written note explaining how to transfer the warranty to the new owner. This is a first class operation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Next Generation installed a new complete A/C system in my home in May of 2016 and after 18 months and two tropical storms it is still working as effectively and efficiently as it was on the day they installed it. I was impressed with their professionalism through every step of the process from the initial estimate through the installation and follow-on service checks. Use someone else. Scheduled an appointment to give me a quote between 10:30am and 11:30am. At noon I was still waiting, NO CALL, NO SHOW. That is unacceptable. I decided to call their office and was told it would be about another 1/2 an hour before the tech would be done with the job he was doing.
