Have been a happy customer for 18 years when, thanks to recommendation from friends, we had Eveready install our first a/c system, 2 units and had regular maintenance. When it died in June, we went again to Eveready hoping it was fixable. Unfortunately, it had breathed its last. Our new system was installed three weeks ago and we have been thrilled with all of the updated technology. Unfortunately there was a hiccup and the upstairs unit went out sometime today while we were out. It was 82 degrees upstairs when we found out at 7:00 pm. When we called Eveready, Brad, the technician arrived within the hour and had to enter our hot attic (much hotter than the 82 degree upstairs temperature) to temporarily fix the problem. Before he left with the unit running and beginning to cool, he made arrangements for the original installers to come out to perform the permanent fix tomorrow. I cannot thank Eveready enough for this wonderful customer service and Brad, specifically for his pleasant demeanor after 13 hours on the job already and his expertise at diagnosing and correcting the problem that caused our new system to trip off. Keep up the good work!

On a particularly hot weekend in September, our outside AC unit stopped working and it became unbearably hot inside. We needed to get a technician right away and were able to do so with Eveready that Sunday with no overtime charge. Joel showed up within 3 hours and quickly replaced the part that we needed. The service charge for the replacement was on par with other companies I researched. Since we had just purchased the house, we signed up for a year-long service contract so that he could further inspect and service our 20 year old system. I tend to be skeptical of salesmen and technicians in general, so I made sure to research any new part or service he suggested. I was happy to find that Joel was completely honest. He even encouraged us to maintain the system we have by showing us basic parts we can fix or replace ourselves, rather than pushing for a total system replacement at this age. We look forward to having him back this winter to make sure our heating works properly. Thank you Joel!

Better late than never. I was frustrated by your lack of communication today. I waited during my 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. timeslot with no contact from Eveready. I called at 1:30 and was assured a technician would arrive before 2:00 p.m. I called back at 2:10 and the dispatcher was confused and offered little help - I requested a time-certain or would cancel my service appointment. The dispatcher called back at 2:30 p.m. and the technician (Joel) arrived at 3:00 p.m. Very disappointing and I will not continue as a customer unless I can be assured of better service. Joel is an excellent communicator and was very helpful in explaining my system service requirements at this time. I authorized the service, signed up for a maintenance contract and left him to do the work. Please demonstrate some effort to improve your communications when you will not meet expectations.

I had been suffering with a cold first floor for most of this past winter until I spoke with Jonathan W from Eveready in early March 2016. Jonathan thought that a two zone system and correction of the duct system would solve my problem. The price was more affordable than I had been quoted from another company. The HVAC supervisor, Jeff, came out later that day to measure the ducts and determine the placement of the register. Later that week, Erik and Sahn worked all day to build the two zone system and redo the originally installed ductwork. They cleaned up everything after and never took a break for the entire day. Jeff double-checked everything and flipped my existing vents on the first floor to direct heat to the floor instead of the ceiling. Now my home is warm throughout. Thank you, Erik, Sahn, Jonathan, and Jeff. You did a wonderful job!

I recently had called service experts to fix my system. I thought they serviced lennox. My system would not cool my home. The service man would not add freon , even though he said it was low. Then a second person arrived the first was adamant that I not fix it, I needed service. I needed freon, I called Bradley lennox dealer. They fixed my system for under 400 dollars. It was much more pleasant. Now I have a home protection plan. When I need a new system I will give them my business. They fixed my issue with one person instead of two. Bradleys servicemen are professional looking and efficient. I will not reccomend service experts to anyone ever. $99.00 wasted to service experts.

Keith came out in the heat to fix my AC. I realize that is his job, but considering how hot it is, he arrived ,smile on his face and hand extended to shake and introduce himself. I am in customer service also, and some time you just don"t feel like "smiling" to please everyone. He was kind enough to explain everything that was going on,and his future expectations from the Lennox unit. It is refreshing to have someone show up to do their job and obviously like (enjoy) what he does. . It was a pleasant service experience. He was finished in no time, and answered all questions. A++ .It was a pleasure to do business with him. A large asset to the company!

Once again, Eveready Service Experts does the job well. I called expecting to wait days for a late day appointment and got one today! I had a problem with one of my drains and was expecting to have to spend lots of money to get it fixed. Eric, the technician, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and the drain was fixed in no time. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kept the work area clean and tidy. I was even able to use a coupon from the Eveready website that saved me a service fee! I will definitely call Eveready back the next time I need a plumbing repair.

I am a new home owner and I really have no clue about the HVAC units. I tried to replace my old analog thermostat with a new one and that did not turn well over the weekend. When called for assistance Eveready Service Experts, we were reached out by Steven Epperson just with in 10-20 mins of our call. He is an awesome technician who has pretty deep insight on the work he does. He was excellent. I am very thankful for this guy. Chad Wilkins conducted heating tune-up on my heat pump. He was pleasant and helpful pointing out that my filter did not need replacing. He showed concern for my home by wearing covers over his shoes. He reminded me that my maintenance agreement was coming up for renewal. He offered that I could renew now for $159.00.I took him up on that advice. Chad was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with my service. I have in fact, never been dissatisfied with the service provided by Eveready.

Our home warranty company sent out other companies on 3 occasions to fix a problem and only made the situation worse. I called Eveready and they were at our house within the hour. Our technician Keith immediately identified the problem and was able to fix not only it, but all the problems created by the other companies! He was extremely nice and professional and even helped me deal with my warranty company! I would absolutely recommend Keith and Eveready! We will definitely be using them again.

The technicians that have been to my home have always been polite and respectful. The last technician to come to my home, Chad Wilkins, is an example of how service people in any industry should perform. He was extremely polite and respectful of me, my family and even pets. He made every attempt to rectify the situation but a part was needed that he did not have. He scheduled a follow up appointment for the next day, and thoroughly explained what was needed and why.

Had a problem with my heat pump as it was very noisy and is situated outside my bedroom window. Joel with Eveready took the time to explain the cause and gave me options to fix the problem. Excellent service!!!! Had our six month service call Monday. These guys are great. The tech showed me some things to be concerned about and corrected what could have been a major problem. Cant say enough about how great they are!

My air conditioning stopped working on a Saturday. I called Eveready thinking it may take days to get fixed. Within an hour Brad had called to tell me he was on his way. Not only was it quick service for being a first time customer but the service was outstanding, and he had my air conditioning fixed and cooling like it never broke. Last week, Eveready Technician, Keith, came to give us the Spring Tune Up on our HVAC system. He arrived on time, was courteous, very competent and quick. He answered all of our questions and suggested ways to increase the efficiency of our units. I have never used this company before, but I was just a victim of road rage by one of their servicemen, driving one of their service vehicles. The serviceman became irate for seemingly no reason, and began screaming at me and flipping me off. If you want someone like that in your home or business with your family or coworkers, then this is the company for you.

Alex arrived quickly, climbed through our attic and crawled under our house to diagnose the mildew problem on a downstairs vent and the leak coming from an upstairs vent. He put covers over his shoes when he stepped into our garage, was extremely courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Eveready Service Experts because of Alex since he solved our problems!

It is difficult to keep repairs done. I am always glad when Eveready Service comes to maintain the heat pump equipment. Brad was especially helpful when he came. AC went out late yesterday afternoon on the first hot day of the year and Keith showed up bright and early this morning to help. He was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem.
