I just want to comment on their professionalism from my initial contact for service to the technicians who serviced my unit. The service technicians were on time as promised and willing to explain the repairs to me. Also, they took the time to explain how to maintain the unit between servicing. COMPLETE AND UTTER THIEVES!! I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A NEW UNIT AT A MINIMUM OF $5950 (AND THAT WAS GIVING ME A DEAL...BS!!) I JUST HAD 3 OTHER OPINIONS ON MY UNIT AND ALL OF THEM SAID I HAD NO MAJOR ISSUES. HE SAT AND WATCHED ME CRY AND STILL WENT ON WITH HIS LIES. IM A SINGLE MOM AND THIS EXPENSE WOULD HAVE KILLED ME. What? I just called to schedule an appointment for because my unit needs Freon. The representative told me that it would be $129 because it was after hours. I explained that I do not need after hours, I am okay with a scheduled appointment. She quoted me a price of $119. Is something wrong with that quote. So there is no big difference between after hours and a regular appointment.

When he was done we sat done and he explained what he had done and recommeded some work I needed. Another thing I liked was that Rinaldi had e-mailed me a picture of the technician. The technician they sent out basically told me to replace the entire AC system. Estimated price was about $4k-5k. Ha. Sought out a second opinion from another company, and in the end, only the capacitor needed to be changed. May want to retrain your techs. I will never recommend this company.

Although the technician was very professional the price seemed like gouging. I was not home so I talked to the service manager on the phone and he started giving me such a line of bull that it was almost comical. I will never allow anyone from here on my property again.
