The service started off horrible. The person that was supposed to be helping me with my case never answered or returned my calls, I was left with no choice but to put in a complaint with management. After the complaint i was assigned a new person that returned my calls and kept me up to date. All in all the communication was poor but they came through with a settlement that I would not have gotten from the insurance company, my attorney was great and although it took longer than expected it was relatively hassle free.

Better than my last Attorney. My case manager was very helpful but the Attorney assigned to my case rarely called back. I do feel like it was worth it, Glen Lerner has a nice office and staff and i am pleased that i picked this firm to represent me. I do wish the settlement had come in sooner and that the communication had been more frequent with my Attorney but i would recommend to a friend as this was a vast improvement over the last firm i hired.

DO NOT GO here...better some one else they say they will help u and latter they will send u to another lawyer so they can get more money and if u decide to fire them then u need to watch out on all the payments cuz the bills are on yuor name so they will send u to collection...do not go with this people. some one else better and before u sing some make shure u read it..and undertend it..

Rest assured, my friends, the initial consultation is not worth your time. This office is not capable of handling complex cases (which leads to the assumption they are not equipped to handle anything other than cashing the percentage of your settlement). One would be much better off to simply handle things on their own.

It took a while to get a check and I was a little frustrated, but these things take time I guess. Anyway, other than that I had no problems and was glad I got a settlement.
