I usually do not post reviews online, but as I was searching for this firms number to give to a friend I read a review that I think completely misleads you about this firm. When I first contacted this firm a couple of years ago I left a message for a lawyer to call me about a ticket I had and within an hour or so one called me and explained the entire process to me. About a year later I had another issue that needed the attention of a lawyer and I did not hesitate to call them. Every encounter I had with this office was like you would expect a lawyers office to be, I do not believe that anyone lied to me or mislead me in anyway. I was very happy with the results I got and if I ever need legal advice again I will call ( and as the case is here recommend them to a friend.)
