I Contacted Ellis H&A needing some supply duct reworked. Nothing major about 1.5 hours worth of work and some minor supply materials. They responded quickly and preformed good work in a confined area. Very friendly at the office and in the field. Labor rate was about $75 an hour I was charged for 2 hours and $50 for materials. I felt a bit high on the material cost. and 30 minutes or so overcharge on time, I chalked that 30 minutes up to travel time here and back. I feel like I was overcharged about $50 I am satisfied with their work but would consider their use again only after discussing the billing for this first job with managment.

As a Property Manager in the Ft. Hood Area, I have been through my fair share of different A/C companies servicing our rental properties. Ellis Air Systems is the Premier Air Conditioning Service Company in Killeen, TX. I have used them for all my Service Requirements since moving here in 2001. When we purchased our new home our Air Conditioning went out. The Company who installed it would not respond, called Ellis Air and within 30 Minutes their Technician was here, fixed the problem. What I love about Ellis Air is that they are responsive to any customer. If you want fast, efficient service accomplished by professionals then Ellis Air Systems is the people to call.

Ellis was the way to go! I was very pleased after they installed my new Goodman, 15 Seer, 5 Ton heat pump. Their people did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing they new unit in about 6 hours. The price quote was fair, and much lower than any of their competitors, and still lower when they applied a military discount. They were professional, in every sense of the word. They answered all of our questions, and explained the operation of the thermostat completely. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called almost every A/C business in the area to get a quote after another local business told me I have to replace my outside unit. Ellis Air was the last to come out and give a free estimate when they found the problem to be a much less expensive board. Turns out the other company was just trying to pull one over on me, If you need any A/C work give these guys a call. They are one of the only last honest service companies around.

Excellent customer service! My AC was draining through the secondary line, called them at about 5pm on Thursday and they were here by 8am the next morning. The technician checked it thoroughly and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain what had happened and how to prevent it and the best part is that is cost way less then I thought it would. Definitely recommend them.

Ellis Air has came to my home on 2 different occasions for 2 different units. They arrived quickly, found the problem quickly & repaired it quickly. The service rep even checked the previous unit they serviced to make sure it was holding the freon and blew away the grass that had accumulated in the units. Very satisfied with their service.

I had a capacitor go out last summer and Ellis air sent a very friendly and helpful man out to replace it. Almost a year later the capacitor went out again and Eliis air sent someone right away who replaced it quickly and only charged the service call!!! Friendly honest people!!
