Very professional and well trained staff at Homer Nine & Sons. They are all easy to talk to and have a great attitude. I have had my furnace and air conditioner service by Homer Nine for 15 yrs and have recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from them. The sales staff there made the process a breeze. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They gave me a range of equipment (base models to the top end models) and let me and my wife decide. There was no pushy sales person trying to up sell my wife and I. It was a very easy process. They have a great financing plan as well. After selecting a furnace model I was able to schedule an install date within a week. I scheduled the installation time for 7am. The installation day came and it was at 7am when they pulled into my driveway to offload all the parts and equipment. The installer (Ed S.) was excellent and explained to me how things worked and how to operate the new equipment. He was very neat and clean, cleaning everything up after he was finished. The whole installation process took only one day. I called yesterday for a service appointment for my air condition and furnace. They were able to have a service tech at my house the following day. The service tech, Mark, who showed up was very professional and was able to explain about my air conditioner and some tips to keep it running efficient through out the summer months. I have been a customer for 15 yrs and in that time I have always had great service from Homer Nine and Sons. They are always professional and friendly. It may not be the cheapest but they are top notch. The way I look at it is... You pay for what you get and when you buy with Homer Nine & Sons you get the best. Great work to all at Homer and Nine thanks for keeping my family cool in the summer and warm in the winters.

We called for a service call for our heat pump around 8:30am and had a service tech at our home by 9:30. Our tech Justin was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to my wife and I in a very simple manner. Justin and his coworker (apologize I forgot his name) made sure to check out not only the issue we called about but the entire system, making sure it was running up to the standard that it should. It was an overall great experience. We have used Homer Nine and Sons for all our heating and AC needs, and so have other members of our family. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been very nice and professional, and they truly take the time to listen to you. Thanks Justin and entire Homer Nine Team!!

Homer Nine & Sons Inc is a fantastic company. Tammy was very accommodating when scheduling an appointment for a service check on our furnace. I also received a call to let me know when Mark was on his way, which was very helpful. Mark was extremely friendly, and when he found out we were new to homeowning, he spent time explaining how our furnace works and tips for what we should monitor in the future. Kris was awesome! Homer 9 installed the new furnace when I bought the house 10 years ago. From what I had read about other companies, I was expecting to be told I had to buy a new unit. No hard sell here! Kris was great about explaining to me what maintenance I needed to do to keep up with what I had and how much I needed to set aside for a new unit in the future. He took care of my antique and got us up and running again.. I will definitely use them in the future and I definitely plan on buying my upgraded air conditioner from them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

As a new home owner, I was unsure what to do before turning on my furnace for the first time. I called in late but Tammy and Deanna in customer service made sure I got an appointment before it got cold and even ensured that I was put under the maintenance special. Mark came to my home and was very polite and informative. He gave my dog a treat and walked me through every step he was taking and why. He gave clear, honest advice and showed genuine concern for the safety of me and my family. All in all, I highly recommend this service and intend to use it again in the future.

We have been using Homer 9 since we bought our house four years ago. They are outstanding! Their customer service is top notch and their prices are extremely fair. We have been visited by service technician Justin Adams on several occasions and he is a very courteous professional who goes out of his way to be friendly and answer all of our questions. The office staff is amazing and do a fantasic job keeping us informed about our appointment times and handling our payments. We have no plans or desire to use any other hvac companies and plan on being customers for life.

We purchased our new furnace and hot water tank from Homer 9. They completed the full installation, which included electrical work as we changed from gas to electric for the water tank. They also had to remove the old furnace flue and install new venting pipes. From the original consultation meeting, to the pre-installation meeting, to the installation, the entire process was smooth and easy. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful - professional and intelligent. We are also very happy with the products. Highly recommend!

I signed a contract because I want to keep them as my Heating and Air Conditionine service company. Looking forward to working with them in the future. I was so impressed with Homer Nine I called on the hottest day of the year and they were here within hours.Mark arrived quickly and even though my furnace and air conditioner were not purchased through them he called and checked to see if it was under warranty, way beyond what I expect from a repair man. A few days later I received a follow up call to make sure all was well and that I was happy. Good old fashioned service and reasonable prices.

We have been customers of Homer Nine for around 6 years. In our previous home, they installed a new AC unit, water purification system, and an electronic air cleaner. We were VERY satisfied with their work and the value we received. When our new home needed TWO new AC units and 2 new heating units, we trusted them again to do the work, and could NOT be happier. Superior technicians, they are ALWAYS on time and 99% of the time either fix the problem or make certain that someone will, if it is an issue beyond their personal capability. No individual is perfect, however with the staff that Homer Nine has, their service is always nearly perfect. Over 25 years of service at my residence is proof of this level of expertise.

Wonderful experience start to finish. Came out for repair at 11:00am when i called at 9:30. Unfortunately, the old furnace was shot, but was able to get a sales rep out within an hour, had new furnace selected, ordered, and installed within two days. Did I mention the whole thing started on a Saturday? Excellent customer service.
