I experienced excellent service from the entire staff of Rubin & Licatesi. Very professional. Mr. Rubin took the time to explain the legal process step by step. They are very knowledgeable of the modification and foreclosure process. The law office is very accommodating. Most foreclosure firms require the majority of the fees upfront. This firm will work with you so that you can manage reasonable payments which made what could have been an extremely stressful situation much more bearable. I would definetely recommend this firm.
