After being in a major accident while working, I suffered major life changing injuries that have severely diminished my quality of life, and my ability to perform basic functions. I realized that I needed help, and needed to find a law firm that could help me through this crucial and painful ordeal in my life. Joe Dell and his firm were highly recommended by a friend. I called Dell and Dean, and Joe Dell called me back the same day, and set up an appointment for a consultation. Upon meeting with Joe Dell for the first time, he showed me that he was extremely knowledgeable with the extent of my multiple injuries. He also showed me his compassionate side in dealing with what I was up against due to my injuries. He put my mind at ease at that point. I knew at that moment, that Joe Dell and his team would be on my side - to help me with what was needed- to deal with legal matters, medical procedures going forward, to protect and fight for me. There were times when I reached out to Joe with concerns and questions I had of the uncertainty that laid ahead -that affected my quality of life. Anyone that has gone through the process of a work related injury that will absolutely turn your life upside-down will understand the importance of a law firm like Dell and Dean. The compensation and court system we must deal with have absolutely no sympathy for the victims in the case. They drag the case on for as long as the "justice" system allows them to all while a victim and their family suffer. I am so thankful I have a lawyer/BEST FRIEND in Joe Dell who is there for me 24 hours a day. Trust me I have called him at all hours. This part of their service to their clients is priceless and what separates them from the rest of the law firms out there who only worry about their compensation. 6 years ago from the moment I met Joe Dell I knew they were the firm representing my family.
