My wife and I decided that we needed to consult with an attorney in regards to our estate planning. While we are very young, we want to be prepared for the worst. From the moment we called The Law Office of D. Cole Phelps, his assistants, Shanicia and Latasha were very professional and courteous. Attorney Phelps advised us on the importance of having a financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and last will and testament. Because of his knowledge and expertise, we feel a sense of security if the unexpected was to happen to our family. Being that I am in the military, I would encourage all military personnel and young people to call and hire Attorney Phelps and staff today. After getting a pretty big speeding ticket outside the Outer Banks, I was fortunate enough to go with my gut and choose Mr. Cole Phelps. Initially, I was particularly impressed with his reviews and his website, but after talking to him on the phone I felt confident I would be in good hands.
