Employees are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They do not provide a phone number to reach the branch directly and if you are able to get transfered through their 800 number, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. In fact, they actually told my husband they do this intentionally. Rates are good, but service is terrible. If you wanted to be treated with disrespect, use Delta Community Credit Union.
