This is the worst car service that I have ever had. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. I spent almost $1700 and a few minutes after I drove off the lot from AAA to Wegmans the check engine light came back on. I called the manager, Jason P, and he told me to bring my car back in. The AAA technician said that a sensor was bad, and they wanted to charge me an additional $200. I took my car to the VW dealer for a second opinion, and VW found nothing wrong with the sensor and said that the repairs that AAA had done had nothing to do with the problem. I called Jason P. and he wanted me to bring the car back in. I took my car back in a couple of times, but the technician responsible for my type of vehicle was never there. I ended up going to the VW dealer to get my car fixed. I filed a claim and took this AAA Car Care Center to court, but I lost because I had signed a waiver. ( I did not realize that I had signed the waiver.) Jason P. never said to me,"Maam you signed this waiver so we are not responsible." He was not upfront and did not show the wavier in negotiations where I could have been compensated the approved $400 for my trouble. The management of this AAA Car Care Center is sneaky and untrustworthy. I will never use their services again. Be careful!! Let me know if anyone is interested in filing a group claim.

This place totally screwed me today... Sat there for over an hour to get a battery replaced only so they could tell me that they forgot but they did not have my battery in stock. They wanted me to wait for someone to deliver it from some truck. Screwed up my whole day and I left work early to take care of this.. Had to take half day because of it and got nowhere. Now I am going to have to take off work tomorrow. They should pay me for my missed time. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Called for roadside assistance, they told me thirty minutes. Forty minutes later I called back, and they told me the driver was towing another car, and was another 45 minutes away. After that forty-five minute wait, they called me and said another 20 minutes. Then the driver took an exit that prolonged the trip, so I had to pay for extra towing. I was on the side of 295 for almost two hours. What an enormous disappointment.

This company is terrible to deal with, the first time I ever had to file a claim I was denied on a technicality that should not have even been assessed to my claim. If that was not bad enough the customer service was terrible, I was ignored by my agent Seth Pohle as well as his supervisor Fay Vallery as soon as they denied the claim on unfound reasons. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Worst Experience of my life just renting a vehicle. Discount at pharmacy was worthless, the pharmacy itself had better price. Towing experience.. Told 4 hours n I was 10 mins from house, so used a local friend. You pay for membership that is worthless! Truth be told. DEFINTELY do not renew if you have it already n you must cancel or they automatically bill you!

All I had was one question about the pricing of a fluids flush and I was put on hold for 20 mins. I called Sears down the road while in the middle of being on hold with AAA Mt Laurel, and the employee did the estimate for me in 2 minutes. Got off the phone with Sears, and was still on hold with AAA. Ridiculous.

This place is ridiculous!!! My sister has been planning for her wedding for the last 4 months and NO ONE as responded to her phone calls or emails. What type of company gives hopes & great expectations and fail to even communicate at all! It is an ASHAME and pathetic! Horrible place! Do not waste your time!
