Customer Service always depends on the person representing the company and providing service to the customers. We are pleased with the person who did our closing and this rating is for the person not necessarily for the whole company. That said, organizations also set high standards and have values so that their employees adhere to those and present themselves as the stewards of the company. So, some of this feedback goes to the organization as well. Keep up.

The service was perfect. We were served in a perfect manner very professional and from the loan agent to the closing agent and the title agent who called to confirm that every thing was properly followed. This was the first time I had all done without going actually to any office or taking an off day from the work. I will refer your services to all my surrounding.

I had a great experience with John Rufiange who called to say he was running early and asked if I was free. While I have received plenty of calls over the years when people are running late, this was the first time I received a call from someone saying they were running early! Meeting at the Public Library, and reserving a room for the three of us was very convenient. Otherwise we the agent and us would have had to make an extra trip back to our home. I would recommend this to others who need to do their closing. It was very comfortable and efficient.

Worst experience ever! One word of advice for you, STAY AWAY FROM CONDUCTING YOUR CLOSINGS WITH THIS OFFICE. Staff and attorneys have no clue to as to what they are doing.
