i was having trouble with other operators one hung up on me after saying he would be back in 1 minutes but i waited 10 minutes then got disconnected called again and karla disconnected with me also i called again and Raad got my call explained my problem and he listen and took care of my problem so i am grateful. He was nice and explained what was going to happen. Thank you so very much Raad good job!

Wow found out they charged me 100$ brokers fee. After I asked what was this charge Joseph one of their agents stated it was a cancellation fee as I was changing my policy. So I called my Insurance directly And they told me they charge $3 to cancel!!!! Stay away from this place DISHONEST!

Dairy land made me re write my entire policy after finding out that cost u less screwed up on my exp date on my EFT. My insurance had been canceled for two days before I realized the money never left my account. I was penalized for their mistake and got charged the deposite again
