Dr. Time

This company is bad. I mean REALLY bad. BS talk bad, Con artist bad. First time I found them they gave me a nice price over the phone. I sent my wife to the other side of town and when she got there the price had changed, because our car was apparently different etc. Ok, I was annoyed but we got the policy with them anyway. A few days ago I found out our car policy had got canceled since the payment hadn t gone through the auto giro. I checked with the policy giver, they had canceled our policy so YESTERDAY afternoon I called this broker again to see what could be done. I talk to a gentleman and he says it is not possible to reinstate the policy. And he sends me over to a lady to see what can be done. Remember that they already have ALL our data, our make of car, who the policy should be on etc. They lady asks me how much we paid every month, I tell her 21 dollars, and she tells me that she can give us a new policy for the SAME monthly price and it will only cost us 35 dollars to get it started up again since we already had paid the start up fee once, we already were customers with them as she said it. So my wife goes once again to the other side of town after a long work day. When she gets there the price is ONCE AGAIN not what was told through the phone. Now it will cost 80 or so dollars to get it started again and the monthly policy is going to be close to 40 dollars. I want to talk to the manager and I am put on hold. For a loooong time. Finally my wife comes back on, they have tried to sweet talk her to get the insurance anyway. I want to talk to the manager. I am put on hold again. This time I hang up. The manager calls me up after ten minutes or so. I explained all to her, who I had talked to, what they had asked, what I had been quoted. Then she gives me some story that the price has changed from yesterday to today. I know BS when I hear it. I told her so. She hung up on me. I highly recommend NOT TO USE THEM.

I had insurance with central auto insurance years ago, but unfortunately I made the mistake of taking another route. Big mistake! I had a horrible experience with the agency I was with. I remembered about the awesome service I once had and quickly drove back to central auto insurance. Inessa always made us feel so comfortable and welcome; I was more than sure I wanted to come back. I am completely content with the consistency in customer service. One happy customer!

Samuel Muro is the agent who assisted me and he went above and beyond to work with my budget and get my vehicle insured today while walking out in a timely manner. Great company & great quotes. My fiancé originally went through Fred Loya & completely took advantage of him & messed up his insurance & canceled it without his knowledge after he had already talked to them. Came here & got a great quote & left with full coverage with a great price. Very nice workers, all around great expierence. For sure a 5 star company.

horrible experience: went to add a car to my policy, but they forgot to add my SR22 again. got pulled over police tuck my car because my license was suspende. Spent $420 to take my car out, plus a day in court. All because there staff are not train right. They did not want to take responsibility, they wash there hands by saying it was my fault.

Horrible , been stranded for about four hours trying to get ahold of someone and nothing. Just keep getting the run around. There is a 24 hour emergency number. Turns out its not really 24 hours but just something they add to make you feel covered
