I was never informed about the company I had I had ask several times to have a copy of my policy email to me they never sent me anything for direct auto but a card the company I had liability with do your own research on the company they choose for you I had direct auto and now I have to take them to court to get my car fix American auto intentionally never sent me any information about direct auto

I LOVE AMERICAN AUTO INSURANCE I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 2 YEARS I HAVE FULL COVERAGE AT 100$ A MONTH AND A DEDUCTIBLE OF 500$ THIS IS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST WHEN I TELL PEOPLE HOW LOW MY RATES ARE THEY CANT BELIEVE IT. The Brokers are nice enough- except when they quote you wrong them start harassing you for more money after you paid your insurance in full. Then they switch you insurance companies with no notice except a new insurance card in the mail. Lets not get started on the insurance they sell you...lets just hope you never have to use your insurance.

Just moved to Chicago, bought a car and didnt have much time to go to a actual insurance office to get one for my new car. I found their phone number on internet and called.
