When I set up my new policy, I guess the representative did not activate monthly payment plans. This was January 7th 2016... towars the end of February I decided to go in person because I figured my bill was due sometime (I never got letters in the mail, it is 3/7/16 and I still have not received anything). When I went on 2/27/2016, the receptionist did not know how to answer my questions as to how is it possible I am still paying the same amount due when I am over two weeks late. She told me she would call with a proper explanation... that never happened. My main problem was....... say I got into an accident, would I be covered?? They kept insisting I was insured but knowing how insurance companies are... they would use this against me if I had gotten into an accident which thank god I have not. At Magnum Insurance, you get what you pay for. (Good insurances does not accept just anyone and if you have a drivers liscence for over three years, your rate will be lower...) I am waiting on August to come and I will be switching because their customer service is far from at least decent. It takes an unsatisfied customer to write a paragraph long review. Now I have to call AGAIN to ask them where my "ticket" copies are to pay my bill. Again, I have not received any type of mail, phone call, e-mail notifying me on any of my policy information.

This office is a headache. I just went to make some changes to my policy and I was charged for something I knew was unnecessary wear and tear. I went to the office at Diversey, and instead they could help me without overcharges.

I had secured my car I made my first payment and a month later I canceled my policy because they said I had not cast my payment I showed them my receipt but still did not want to turn my policy I robaro $ 230

Been waiting over a month to get my refund for a policy I opened and closed the same day. I call and get nowhere with any customer service rep or supervisor. 3 different stories from each rep and one told me I have to wait 2 month to get my money yeah right! Absolutely the worst experience with any insurance company I have Delt with. Save yourself the time and aggravation go to State Farm.

Worst customer service everrrrrr!!!!! They are so freak-en slow!!!! I would never recommended this place to anyone they want to charge you me $30 to swap insurance from one vehicle to another they are greedy bastards!!!! not happy as you can tell!!!

Try to pay my payment from last 3 days and I am so shocked no one is available they keep transferring me from one to another, so guess what I am hold for 37 minutes.....I will not recommend this company to anyone.
