When I first herd about Desert View Homes teaming up with New American Funding was word of mouth. What it is that Desert View Homes and New American Funding are making it possible for people that rent to become home owners. When I heard about the promo through my mother who talked with Carmen from Desert View Homes. I was skeptical that I would qualify for a new home. It took me two days to convince myself to visit Desert View Homes. As I was waiting to for Nancy Cabrera to know if I per qualify. I happen to sit down next to Elvia Gonzalez who works for Desert View Homes as well. I told her my situation why I believe I would not qualify. Confidently Elvia insured me that it was possible for me to own a new home. It was my turn to talk with Nancy Cabrera. Nancy went through my per quantification. Considering my situation she informed me what I would need to do to per qualify. So I did what I had to do. Promptly I per qualified. Soon after the process began. Through the process I had most contact with Nancy Cabrera who worked her heart out for me. If I had a question or she needed information and a action from me. It was through e-mail cell phone and her assistant Natasha. As life is there were bumps throughout the process, but Nancy promptly ironed it out with me. Nancy Cabrera the professionally she is got me qualified along with the people that work with here. I say it is a miracle and blessing that I now live in my new home. Thank you all who made it possible.
