Will Calzadilla was our broker and gave us top notch customer service. He is readily accessible, knowledgeable about his craft, and wonderful about managing expectations. When push came to shove, he was a pitbull when I needed him to be (and we all know in this process that is necessary at times). He was swift about communicating what was needed to move forward in the process and did all he could to ensure that things were as smooth as possible for us. Residential Home Funding Corporation to me is the under dog. My experience started off unsteady. With that being said, I was able to see, feel and live the ability of Residential Home Funding core processes. Even though the beginning was not ideal, Residential came through strong, efficient, effective and I have to put here, they were able to close a loan, essentially from beginning to end in around 2 weeks.
