I met Jason on line. It was a difficult deal as I was buying a vacation home and refinancing our primary residence from 15 to a 30 trying to keep our combined payments roughly the same as I was paying on the house, We were doubling the total loan balance. We ended up getting the loan through our credit union, but Jason was so helpful and up front that I kept in contact on line. Eventually the rates dropped and we refinanced with him. The rate he got us was below any thing else out there. We have done five or six refinances, each one was no cost for a lower interest rate. There was no points, no appraisal or other fees, and most importantly no hassles as we are refinancing every time rates drop a quarter of a point or more. The deal is done in the comfort of your living room. Only the interest due for the unpaid month is added to the principal balance as refinancing allows you to sip a payment for a month (actually paid in escrow with borrowed money). While you could pay in cash to keep the loan balance even, we always seem to find another use for this money. Four years later, we are back to a 15 on our residence. While we owe a little more money on our house, the vacation home is paid off. The current interest is a 2.75 fixed, and the total payment is substantially less than our combined original payments. I have referred several friends and co-workers to Jason Vondrak and Mike Millage. Risa is wonderful too. Together they are the best! My friends and coworkers have all had wonderful experiences, and most importantly have got the best deal available. I highly recommend Prospect, and will refinance again if the rates hit 2.5 or we buy another property.

I started a simple refinance in April. Although I have a great credit score and a load of equity in my home, they could not close on the refinance. Months of poor communication and promises of closing, all for nothing! I just wanted a little cash and a better rate than I had. Due to the terrible service, I am out $500 for an appraisal and at the end of the day I was not able to help my son out with his wedding expenses in the way I wanted to. Even after hearing me out and seeming to understand, Justin Vondrak was not able to do anything, except drag me along while rates went up! If I could I would post the emails and lack of communication right here! They have an answering service and rarely if ever answer the phone.I am pretty sure that they have lost their funding sources or something. I have no Idea why the work on this loan was not finished...almost 90 days! Ridiculous. I am $500 poorer and much wiser.

I have had the pleasure to work with Nate Wells at PFG on two occasions. First time was the initial refinance of my primary residence in 2012. The interest rate that was offered could not be beat by any other lenders. But, what gave me peace of mind, was his professionalism and expertise on how he presented the refinance process with PFG. Nate, always kept me informed on where we were during the refinance process, from the application process to closing. I felt as though I was his only client. I had one other opportunity to work with Nate just this year, 2013, on a second refinance with even a better mortgage rate. The refinance this time was just as smooth, if not a smoother process. I closed escrow in a reasonable time with no issues and appreciate his time an effort and communications. I will definately work with him again, when I purchase my next home. Great job!

She was to the point and told me immediately what they could offer, sent me follow up emails so that I had all the documentation. She provided me with all the information I needed, was incredibly responsive whether it was a week day or a weekend, and explained everything to my satisfaction - I even had some uncomfortable questions for her and she had no problem answering them professionally. accurately and truthfully . I discovered Prospect Financial by way of Lending Tree, believe it or not, and from the first email from Seth Diediker to the last interaction following closing, I could not hope for a better experience in a refinance transaction. First, there was no blinking at providing a quote by email after 1 brief phone call. This was totally unlike every other company including Rocket/Quicken that expected several rounds of communication with multiple people. One company even expected an application to simply provide a quote. Needless to say, I only moved forward with Seth. His quote was spot on; he was always reachable, and the experience could not have been better. I would suggest going straight to Seth for your refinance and 1st mortgage needs.

I worked with Coby Cramer and Prospect Financial to refinance a triplex in Q3/Q4. This was a complicated deal with a non-resident co-borrower and some other issues, but Coby and his team came through with a fantastic rate. They were usually responsive by email and were very patient as the lender required additional documentation. Most impressively, we missed our lock date because of an inept notary, but Coby and his team still managed to get us the old rate even though the market had had significant changes.

not very happy at all. I was quoted a good rate and decided to go with this company since their rates were lowest however the process was very slow. it took over 2 months to process my loans and by that time the rates had moved up. I should have used my old mortgage guy instead. I would rate the service poor. unreliable and financially damaging to customer. agent was nice but that does not not deliver closed loans.
