The service I received from Platinum Home Mortgage is far exceed my expectations. The loan officer that I worked with, John Saunders is truly next to none. This is the first time I bought the house on my own and was not so sure how to go about it. John was extremely patient and walked through every step with me and guided me through the whole process. He was very detail oriented, anticipated any possible issue might come up. He iwas very responsive and answered every question I had. I have very good experience with this company and I highly recommend this mortgage company to anyone who may need mortgage for their new home! John, thank you for your service and you are awesome!
