I highly recommend Jon, Koka, and their team. I had them refinance my home, and they over exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Jon explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I of the refinance process. If Jon told me my refinance will get approved, it got approved. When he told me when we would close escrow, we closed escrow. If I ever had a question, there was always someone to help me or get back to me. The whole entire staff was very knowledgeable on my specific transaction and loans in general. They were all very polite in answering my questions. Thank you Jon, Koka, and your team for being there for me the whole entire time and making my refinance a smooth transaction.

Just finished and closed escrow. Koka , Shannon and Jon were taking care of me. They quickly did everything thatwas needed to answering all the questions that came up especially for a first time home buyer. I really recommend them, their service was impeccable and that was really out of extremely knowledgable service. They help from the beginning and advise you from the start to finish. As a tip as a first time buyer, do your own accord and research on companies and closing. I have searched really long and hard but i finally got a home to put my head down and call it my own.
