Don was amazing in helping me get my dream home. I fell in love with a condo where the HOA was under litigation with the developer and therefore no traditional bank would give me a loan for it. I was about to lose it to a buyer who came in with all cash, but Don was able to get me a pre-approval letter stating that I was pre-approved not only for a loan, but specifically for that building despite the litigation. Not only did that pre-approval letter help me win a bidding war (there were 6 other offers), but we closed escrow in 31 days. Don even worked while he was on vacation. He was great about answering any questions I had during the process, and my realtor said she had never seen a lender so on top of their game before. I would recommend Don a 1,000 times over.

Excellent professional service provided by Don and his team. I contacted Don after other brokers fail to meet the loan requirements due to their lack of knowledge on non warrantable loan for a condominium. Don assured me that he can close escrow within the very limited time we had and he surely did. We were very pleased with his service, knowledge and experience. I highly recommend him for mortgage financial needs.
