I was in a really bad situation with my current insurance company and was told in order to start a new policy with them I had to pay my entire premium in full. I am not in any position to do that at the current time being. I was really stressed out over it and my friend told me to call Tamara at A-affordable and that she helped him find a new policy for for a lot less than any other company was asking. She totally saved me and found me something I could afford and make monthly payments on. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. I am just thankful that a-affordable makes situations like mine possible to work with with amazing agents like Tamara who honestly DO care and go out of their way to help you. Thank you Tamara you were a life saver!! You are an ANGEL!! God Bless!!

I have used A-Affordable Insurance for many years. They have always come through during a variety of situations I encountered relating to my auto policy. No matter who I have worked with they have resolved any issue in a timely manor. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the dealer worked with them to expedite delivery to me. Michelle was an integral part of this process. She responded quickly by email and called me to confirm everything was moving along and changes were completed. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had been with a great insurance company prior to my experience at A-Affordable, but when it got cancelled for a mishap, they wanted the moon to re-instate. I went to A-Affordable and they worked with me and I had my premium paid in full early! Just recently I wanted to add my teenage son, and Michelle Welch in the Worcester went above and beyond to help me figure out what we wanted to do! She was so personable and friendly and really knew her stuff! I am, needless to say, very happy I switched!

They have called after 6 pm after our work schedule to make sure that all of our policy questions were answered. In the Leominster office they are friendly & helpful, especially Yesica; she made sure everything was in order for us to drive our new vehicle including new plates at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend them to everyone.
