Last summer, around 1:00AM, my front door rang. It was a police officer escorting my son home. He had been pulled over for a DUI. My son was not yet of the legal drinking age. I was very upset, so upset that I did not look at my son’s tickets for several days. When I finally did look at it, I realized my son was in a lot more trouble than I originally thought. Not only was he cited for a DUI, he was cited for 2 other driving violations and refusing to take a DUI test. My son was looking at losing his licenses for at least 2 years. I knew he needed legal help. I did a lot of research on the internet for lawyers who specialized in DUI cases. I scheduled appointments with three of what I considered to be the top lawyers based on my internet research and phone consultations. I had a very long list of questions for the lawyers as well as a very high level of expectation for what they should be able to do for my son. After meeting with all three lawyers, there were several things that set Jay apart from the other two: Jay was very thorough in explaining the situation to us – the charges my son was facing and what each of those charges meant. What the process would be – both with the DMV and with the courts. Jay did not promise anything, but assured us that he would represent us to the highest level possible and get the best resolution possible. While Jay was respectful towards me, he treated my son as the client (whereas the other lawyers mostly talked to me). Jay presented himself confidently and professionally. While Jay was the most expensive of the lawyers I spoke with, I knew he would be worth it. Jay did not let us down. Jay represented my son in the DMV hearing and was able to get the refusal charges dropped. He later represented my son in court and was able to get the DUI charges dropped. In the end, my son walked away with 3 points against his license and an $80 fine plus court costs. At the final hearing, the prosecution said my son should consider that he “won the lottery” in this case. The judge probably said it best, my son walked away with the results he got because he got himself a “very good lawyer”.

I have used Jay on three different occasions, all with the utmost success. The first and most serious case was five different felony charges out of Adams County. I was looking at 12-24 years in prison. Due to the fact that Jay was an excellent attorney with a unsurpassable reputation, he successfully negotiated a plea bargain that kept me out of prison and I only received 4 years of probation. During the pendency of the felony action, I was cited for DUR, again out of Adams County. Jay was able to get me time served and a small fine. Thereafter, I was again cited for DUR. Jay worked his magic and I received no jail time and no fine. My nephew recently was charged with a DUI. Jay was able to get the charges completely dropped. There is no other criminal/traffic attorney that I would use. Jay is the best. He has a great reputation in the community and works hard to get you the best results.

I highly recommend Jay tiftickjian .... my husband was charge with DUI the second one in colorado he had a CDL license ,,,he was charge with refusal too the lawayer was able to dropped it to DWAI he got his license back after two years he supposed to have the license revoke already, jay its a super profesional lawyer. Also he its expensive lawyer but he is helful. give in us the chance to do payment plan I appreciated thansk jay and all law firm..
