I was rear ended and sustained injuries to my cervical spine,lumbar spine and hands that would require 3 surgeries. I have nerve damage to my arms, hands, fingers, legs, and feet. I knew I was in need of the most reliable, dependable legal team available. I could not and would not settle on a mediocre attorney. I wanted the best and as I set in the conference room at my initial meeting with Kurt Zaner and a few members of his team I knew there was no doubt that they would provide me with the best legal council possible. This law firm fought hard and strong losing is not a part of their vocabulary. At times when I felt beaten, my attorney Kurt Zaner never gave up. He knew I had a story that needed told and he was going to make sure it was heard. This firm is relentless. Kurt listened when I told him I wanted the best doctors and that my health is of the upmost importance. I was put in contact with the best surgeons and my continued care is still followed by the the most prominent medical providers available. I strongly believe that had I chose a different firm my medical care may have been compromised and I would have never received the medical attention needed. When I was injured in an accident, a friend recommended that I contact Kurt Zaner to be my lawyer, and I would like to say that I feel very fortunate for choosing his firm to handle my case. Kurt Zaner is caring and amicable, and came out to meet me personally to talk to me about the process. During the two years it took to complete my recovery before the case could be finalized, the firm constantly kept in touch and every communication with them began with an inquiry about how I was doing, how my leg was feeling, etc. They even sent flowers after my surgery. I felt like they really cared about me as a person and was not just a case file to them. First, let me say that I have never had an injury where I was required to hire an attorney. Having been hit by a truck while riding my bicycle I required legal representation. After interviewing many different attorneys, I chose Zaner Harden Law. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of all Mr. Kurt Zaner and his staff have done for us. His high level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism has made this journey a relatively painless process. He or his paralegal, Jenny, were in constant contact with me keeping me up to date on all that was transpiring as we moved through the process. Kurt’s exceedingly high level of abilities made it seem almost effortless in how he presented my case so well. I am an airline pilot. Needing legal service for personal injury is not an easy endeavor. When I came in to chat with Kurt and Marc about my case, I was already thoroughly overwhelmed with the emotional and financial burden that comes with being injured at the fault of another. Last year I was seriously injured by a motorist while I was riding my bicycle. After getting the run around by all insurance companies involved, I knew I had to get a specialist working for me. A friend who had a similar accident referred me to Kurt Zaner. The friend had previously been represented by a big advertising firm and found they were unresponsive, and he had a much better experience with Kurt. We choose Kurt right away after noticing the difference in attention between talking with him and a representative from another big advertiser. Kurt and his team were a joy to work with, letting me concentrate on the difficulties of my recovery instead of the case, yet keeping me fully informed of all developments. They prepared an extensive demand letter detailing all my injuries and their long term effects and all costs incurred and expected. The letter was so persuasive that the insurance companies settled for the full policy funds without us having to file a suit! I first hired Marc as my attorney for an auto liability lawsuit in May of 2012. At the time he was an associate at Bachus and Schanker. I was living in Fort Collins then and he drove all the way up from Denver to meet with me and go over all the initial paperwork. Marc is what I would describe as a legal OG.
